Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for a two-day State visit at the invitation of Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance cooperation in areas such as trade, agriculture, education and technology. During his stay, PM Modi is expected to hold high-level discussions on regional and global issues of mutual interest. He will also engage with members of the Indian community in Ethiopia and address a joint business forum. The visit marks an important step in deepening India’s partnership with Africa’s second most populous nation.
