In a separate post, officers said they had no information on a potential suspect and were continuing their investigation. No motive has been disclosed.
The incident comes shortly after an improvised device exploded at the US embassy in Oslo, Norway, on Sunday.
Norwegian police are still searching for a suspect, with investigators considering a possible link to the ongoing Iran war.
