Decoding O’Romeo’s Monday dip
_O’Romeo_ showed a remarkable growth on Saturday, earning close to Rs 13 crore. However, the run was cut short on Sunday due to the high-voltage India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup match. For Monday, there was also a buy-one-get-one offer on tickets. However, the film did not find too many takers on Day 4.
But, even earning close to Rs 5 crore on Monday is remarkable since the film has already become Shahid Kapoor’s highest-grossing film post-Covid. it is also set to become one of the Top 10 highest-grossing films for Shahid Kapoor as it is very close to overtaking Badmash Company (Rs. 34.98 crore).
Given the trend, the film might be able to gross around Rs 45 crore by the end of the first week.
