BMW has revealed all the specifications of the new X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro, the pre-bookings of which have now commenced. It is offered with a 258hp, 2-litre turbo-petrol engine, making it the most powerful X3 variant in India.

New 258hp turbo-petrol engine does a 0-100kph run in 6.3 seconds
The new X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro features a 2-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with a 48V mild hybrid assist, which produces 258hp and 400Nm. The engine is mated with an 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission that sends power to all the wheels (AWD). It does a 0-100kph in 6.3 seconds, making it the most powerful X3 version in India. It has a claimed fuel efficiency of 14.61kpl.
The X3 is also available in a lower-spec 20 xDrive (190hp, 310Nm) and a 20d xDrive (197hp, 400Nm) variants, which have a 0-100kph time of 7.8 seconds and 7.7 seconds, respectively.

Gets distinct M Sport Professional exterior design elements
The new 30 XDrive variant of the BMW X3 comes with an M Sport Professional pack, which renders it with a few distinct exterior design elements. These include a gloss black grille and red M Sport brake callipers. The illuminated grille surround, M badges on the front fenders, illuminated door sills and M-specific pedals are, however, the same as the xDrive 20 and xDrive 20d variants.
Other than this, it comes with an all-LED lighting setup and 20-inch alloy wheels, which are a size up compared to the other variants that feature 19-inch rims. Naturally, the dimensions of the new variant are the same as those of the other variants.
The new 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is also available with a new Brooklyn Grey exterior colour option, in addition to the existing Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Tanzanite Blue and Dune Grey shades.

Gets the same convenience and safety features as the other variants
Inside, it gets the same dashboard layout as the xDrive 20 trim, with dual digital screens, a flat-bottom 3-spoke steering wheel and sport seats for the front passengers. Features are also the same, which include a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a 14.9-inch infotainment system, a head-up display (HUD), a 3-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, and a wireless phone charger. It also gets a 15-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, powered and ventilated front seats with memory function for the driver’s seat, and a powered tailgate.
On the safety front, it is equipped with a 360-degree camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), ADAS and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.
The new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro pre-bookings are open. Prices will be revealed on February 16, 2026, which is expected to be a slight increment over the current price range of Rs 72.10 lakh to Rs 73.20 lakh. It will rival the Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLC and Land Rover Discovery Sport.
