Musk has offered to pay the legal fees for victims of Jeffrey Epstein who want to name their alleged abusers but fear being sued.

Tesla chief and the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, on Sunday offered to pay the legal fees for any victims of the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein who want to come forward and name their perpetrators but fear being sued.

“I will pay for the defense of anyone who speaks the truth about this and is sued for doing so,” Musk said.

Response to PSA shared by Matt Walsh

Musk made the offer in response to a post on X by conservative commentator Matt Walsh, who shared a new PSA from women alleging abuse by Epstein and his associates. Released earlier on Super Bowl Sunday, the video urged Attorney General Pam Bondi to “stand” with Epstein’s victims.

“After years of being kept apart, we’re standing together,” some women said in the video. “Because this girl deserves the truth… Because we all deserve the truth,” they added, showing photos of themselves at the time of the alleged abuse.

Walsh says why abusers not named publicly

Walsh said he supported releasing all DOJ files on Epstein but questioned why the women in the PSA have not publicly named their alleged abusers. He suggested they could give the names to congressional advocates, who could read them aloud in Congress to protect the women from legal risk.

In response, Musk offered to cover any legal fees the women might face.

Musk’s own name appeared in a recent batch of Epstein-related documents released in late January. He criticised the mainstream media, “far-left propagandists,” and those “actually guilty” for focusing on his connections to Epstein, saying he expected to be “smeared relentlessly.”
