Lionel Messi ends his GOAT India tour with a visit to Delhi on Monday where he could b meting PM Modi, Virat Kohli and attending an event at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.

Football superstar Lionel Messi is set for the last leg of his ongoing India tour as he will be reaching Delhi on Monday (15 December) before leaving the country. The Argentine footballer has visited Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai so far in the last two days.

While Messi’s visit to Kolkata’s Salt Lake Stadium led to chaos and
fans damaging the infrastructure at the stadium, his Hyderabad and Mumbai trips went without a hiccup. In Hyderabad, Messi was seen playing football with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, as he also met India’s Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi.

In Mumbai, Messi
met the cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and former Indian football team captain Sunil Chhetri.

On Monday, Messi would be in Delhi as part of the GOAT India Tour. He is scheduled to attend an event at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, where he is expected to meet Virat Kohli as well.

While the event at the Arun Jaitley Stadium starts at 1.30 PM, Messi may also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi before heading to the stadium. However, there’s no confirmation on this.

Parking around Arun Jaitley Stadium

Parking at the stadium and around the stadium is only allowed for labelled vehicles. Fans coming to the stadium are encouraged to use public transport. The Delhi Police has announced on social media that free parking has been arranged at Mata Sundari Road, Rajghat Power House Road and Velodrome Road.

No parking is allowed on Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, JLN Marg or Ring Road (Rajghat to IP Flyover). Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed and prosecuted, Delhi Police said.

The pick and drop points for app-based taxi are at MA Medical College (Gate No. 2, BSZ Marg) and Rajghat Chowk.
