Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi will attend the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi from March 5 to 7, where he is expected to outline Kenya’s foreign policy priorities and push for expanded trade, investment and stronger bilateral cooperation with India.

Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi is set to visit New Delhi to attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue focused on geopolitics and geoeconomics, where he is expected to outline Kenya’s foreign policy and economic priorities as the government pushes for expanded trade and investment partnerships.

In a press release issued on Monday, March 2, 2026, the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary stated that Mudavadi — who also serves as Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs — will participate in the three-day conference from March 5 to 7, billed as India’s leading forum on geopolitics and geoeconomics.

“With the youth bulge on earth of about 70 per cent of the total population, vast mineral wealth, and the increasing number of tech-savvy young people, Africa remains the clearest source of long-term optimism, not just for Africans, but for global prosperity,” Mudavadi said, according to the statement.

During his visit to New Delhi, Mudavadi will also participate in the Kenya–India Joint Commission for Cooperation.

The government said the discussions will focus on a results-oriented agenda designed to secure concrete outcomes for both nations.

US Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau and Finnish President
Alexander Stubb will also visit India from March 4 to 7 at the invitation of PM Narendra Modi to attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue.  

Stubb will serve as Chief Guest and deliver the keynote address at the 11th Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi.
