In the recently released glimpse from
_Daldal_, Bhumi’s character, Rita, is seen present at a brutal crime scene featuring a dead victim, whose mouth is stuffed with chicken and bones – possibly the reason behind his murder.
What’s even chilling is how the scene takes Rita back to one of her darkest memories, showcasing her being the one to forcibly stuff chicken in the victim’s mouth! And it simply points out – could Rita Ferreira be the mastermind behind the crimes? If yes, then the audiences are up for a chilling ride of cold-blooded murders that promise an edge-of-the-seat experience!

Bhumi recently offered an intriguing peek into the psyche of Rita Ferreira’s mindset. “She’s hiding something, she consumes. She has these violent thoughts where she literally wants to suck things and people and kill them.” Adding more about the duality of her character, the actress hinted at Rita’s responsibility that comes with her uniform as well as the urge to keep pulling away from the darkness she can get into.
