Google founder Sergey Brin revealed the authenticity of Gemini Live and stated the reason why one should not use the Gemini Live while driving. A large number of people nowadays use the Live version of Gemini while driving as a hands-free co-pilot to stay productive and safe.
As reported by Business Insider, Brin said that while he personally tests the Gemini Live while commuting, he does not recommend the public to do the same.
Speaking at the Stanford University panel recently, Brin explained that the present publicly available version of Google’s Gemini Live is powered by what he called an “ancient model,” and a far more advanced release is on the way and soon will be out.
Brin also admitted that he often “dogfoods” Google’s AI by chatting with Gemini Live in the car. He noted that he asks complex questions to the AI chatbot while driving. But rather than urging people to use it the most, he urged everyone to stay alert and avoid using the Gemini Live version during this activity.
“You shouldn’t do it now, because we have a way better version coming,” Brin said while addressing the gathering as quoted by Times of India.
Brin emphasised about the less authentic features of the current version available to the public as compared to the one he has access to internally. He promised that a significantly improved release is coming within weeks
