Citroen India has announced a shift to a bookings-led production strategy for select variants of its cars, which means certain variants of its cars will now be built based on confirmed customer orders rather than dealer stock. The move has been rolled out alongside two new variants – the Aircross X Max Turbo (5-seater) priced from Rs 12.41 lakh, and the C3 Live (O) priced at Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
Kumar Priyesh, Business Head and Director, Automotive Brands, Stellantis India, said, “By moving to a bookings-led mechanism for select variants, we can align capacity with real demand and sharpen our portfolio. The Aircross X Max Turbo (5-seater) and C3 Live (O) are the first outcomes under this approach.”

Aircross X Max Turbo 5-seater: comfort upgrades
Starts at Rs 12.41 lakh (ex-showroom)
Citroen says the new Aircross X Max Turbo (5-seater) is meant for customers who want more usable second-row space rather than a third row. Compared to the 7-seat layout, the 5-seater offers 60mm more knee room for rear passengers, gets a rear centre armrest with cupholders and three-step rear seat recline. The new variant is offered in Polar White, Deep Forest Green and Perla Nera Black colour options with Dark Brown interiors.
C3 Live (O): more features at the base end
Priced at Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
On the C3, Citroen has introduced the new Live (O) variant, positioned as a more feature-rich version of the standard Live trim. The company says this variant bundles 10+ additional features, including leatherette seats, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a rear-view camera, along with minor exterior updates such as wheel covers and extra cladding. The variant is offered exclusively in Perla Nera Black colour.
