Ajit Jain, one of the most powerful executives at American coglomorate Berkshire Hathaway, has purchased an ultra-luxury apartment worth Rs 85 crore in Gurugram.

The property is located in DLF Camellias, an exclusive residential complex developed by DLF Limited. The Camellias is widely regarded as one of India’s most prestigious addresses, home to top corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.

Jain, who serves as vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway’s insurance operations, is considered a key figure in the conglomerate led by legendary investor Warren Buffett.

DLF Camellias is known for its expansive apartments, top-tier security, and world-class amenities. The project is located in Gurugram’s upscale Golf Course Road area, which has emerged as a prime hub for luxury real estate in recent years. Other known personalities who have made this elite community their home is Deepinder Goyal, who bought a sprawling 10,813-sq-ft apartment. Other notable founders at The Camellias include Peyush Bansal of Lenskart, Aman Gupta, Ashneer Grover, and travel tech veteran Deep Kalra.

Fintech leader Lokvir Kapoor and Vikram Chopra have also chosen the address for its exclusivity and lifestyle appeal.
