Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, along with Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei and a senior member of the country’s legal council, will lead Iran through its transitional phase following the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, state television reported on Sunday.
The announcement, attributed to Mohammad Mokhber, one of Khamenei’s advisors, confirmed that the trio has been tasked with overseeing the process.
