TVS Tangent RR concept: What to expect?
The Tangent RR was showcased alongside five other TVS 2-wheelers at EICMA
TVS Motor Company showcased six motorcycles at the event, and one of the highlights was the Tangent RR concept — a fully-faired supersport with a monocoque-style subframe.
The motorcycle has now been patented in India, and the design seen in the filing matches the version displayed at the show. The sharp fairing, sculpted fuel tank and compact tail section remain unchanged. Up front, it features air intakes integrated into the fairing in place of conventional headlights. The exhaust is positioned on the left side, alongside the offset monoshock setup, while braking duties are handled by twin front discs. Beyond the design, the patent reveals little. There is no official information yet on the engine, platform, or performance figures.
As is typically the case, a design patent filing does not confirm production or an imminent launch. It simply protects the visual design. That said, the filing indicates that the Tangent RR may not be just a one-off show bike, even though its production prospects remain unclear.
