The British police have arrested King Charles’ brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, for alleged misconduct in public office.

Andrew has been named prominently in the ‘Epstein files’ and has been at the centre of allegations from Virginia Giuffre, the most well-known accuser of Epstein.

Last year, Charles had stripped Andrew of all titles amid mounting backlash over his ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. He was the Duke of York at the time.

The Guardian has reported that the police have opened an investigation into misconduct in public office and searches are being carried out at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk.
