UEFA Champions League Knockout Playoff Draw Live Updates: The main league stage of the UEFA Champions League is now over. Eight teams have already secured their place in the last 16, but the remaining spots are still up for grabs. To qualify, some teams will now have to play two extra matches to earn the right to join them.
Clubs like Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Tottenham, Barcelona, Chelsea, Sporting and Manchester City have already qualified directly for the next round. However, we still do not know who they will face because another round of matches must be played first.
Teams that finished between ninth and 24th in the league standings will now take part in a play-off round. These teams will face each other over two matches, played home and away. The winners will move into the last 16, while the losers will be knocked out of the tournament.
