Arvid Lindblad, British star with roots in India, is set to be the star attraction at the upcoming Red Bull Moto Jam 2026 where fans can enjoy some top-class motorsport action in Delhi.
Red Bull Moto Jam comes to India for its second edition and the major attraction of the event is set to be the Indian-origin British young F1 sensation Arvid Lindblad. The Moto Jam is set to thrill motorsports fans in Delhi-NCR as the event shifts to the Indian capital after its first edition in Mumbai.
The showpiece of the event will be an F1 showrun where Arvid will also be driving. He is a Britisher but has Swedish and Indian heritage. His full name – Arvid Anand Olof Lindblad – reflects his multicultural identity with Anand coming from his maternal grandfather’s name who hailed from Bihar.
Arvid will be driving Sebastian Vettel’s 2012 F1 World Championship-winning RB8 with which the veteran had famously clinched victory at the Indian Grand Prix in 2012. The showrun would be even special for Arvid as it will come just days ahead of his F1 debut. He will be piloting a Racing Bulls car at the Australian Grand Prix on March 8.
Anand remains excited for the Indian event where he will get to drive in the streets of Delhi.
“I’m really excited about coming back to India for Red Bull Moto Jam. I think it’s going to be a very cool event. It’s going to be amazing driving an F1 car on the streets of Delhi. It will be even more special for me because it’s going to be my first showrun as a Formula 1 driver, and doing that here in India with my heritage and background is obviously something that I’m very excited about,” Arvid was quoted as saying by Red Bull.
