The VXZ is a street naked EV motorcycle
The VXZ Concept is Vida’s first take on an electric motorcycle. It will be co-developed with Zero Motorcycles and it was unveiled at EICMA 2025. Now, its design patent has been registered, revealing a few key design elements that might make its way to the final production bike.
the VXZ concept is a street-naked motorcycle and features a USD fork, monoshock, radial disc brake at the front, a disc at the rear, 5-spoke alloy wheels and a tail-section similar to the Xtreme 250R with the number plate and indicators mounted on the tyre-hugger. The patent image also confirms that the bike will feature the battery housing where a conventional engine would typically be.
Performance specifications and powertrain details remain unknown at this stage. However, we previously reported that the automaker is working with Zero Motorcycles on a number of products in the 350cc and above equivalent segments that will launch in 2026-27.
Alongside this patent, Vida has also patented the headlight of the VXZ. It gets the Vida ‘V’ Motif with a mono-projector in the centre. This design was teased earlier with VXZ as well. Currently, we do not know when the VXZ will go on sale, however with the recent developments, it’s safe to say that Vida is actively working on it.
