Vinfast India has revised the variant-wise prices of its VF6 and VF7, which were launched last September, as the EVs’ introductory pricing has now concluded. The VF6 and the VF7 (the current flagship) have become expensive by up to Rs 1.3 lakh.

  1. Vinfast VF6 price range is now between Rs 17.29 lakh and Rs 19.19 lakh
  2. The VF7 starts at Rs 21.89 lakh, and goes up to Rs 26.79 lakh

Earth 17.29 16.49 0.8
Wind 18.69 17.79 0.9
Wind Infinity 19.19 18.29 0.9

All three variants of the Vinfast VF6 come with a 59.6kWh battery pack and a front-wheel drive electric motor setup. In the base Earth trim, the motor outputs 177hp and 250Nm, while in the higher-spec Wind and Wind Infinity variants, it’s tuned to produce 204hp and 310Nm. The claimed range is 468km for the VF6 Earth, and the more powerful Wind trims can travel up to 463km on a single charge. The battery pack can be charged via 3.3kW and 7.2kW AC chargers, as well as a 100kW DC fast charger, the latter of which requires just 25 minutes for a 10 to 70 percent charge.

The range-starting VF7 Earth variant gets a VF6-like 59.6kWh-170hp, 250Nm battery and motor combination. However, the one above Wind and Wind Infinity trims use a 204hp, 310Nm electric motor, powered by a 70kWh unit. While the top-spec Sky and Sky Infinity utilise the same larger battery pack, they add an electric motor at the front to enable all-wheel drive, producing a combined output of 353hp and 500Nm. The base, mid and top VF7 variants have claimed ranges of 438km, 532km and 510km, respectively. 3.3kW AC, 7.2kW AC and 100kW DC chargers are also supported by the EV, with the latter taking 24 minutes to charge the smaller battery from 10 to 70 percent. With a faster 110kW DC charger, the 70kWh battery pack can be topped up from 10 percent to 70 percent in 28 minutes.
