Vikrant Rai said that “I once explored remote parts of Northeast India on a motorcycle. No words can justify the beauty of our north east states. The people there are equally beautiful and loving. I thoroughly explored Assam and Arunachal Pradesh for over a month on a motorcycle.”

The feeling of patriotism and willingness to sacrifice one’s life for the honour of the country is higher among the people of North East India than the rest of the country. If China attacks tomorrow, claiming Arunachal Pradesh as the southern most part of Tibet then these people from every house are not going to hide in the house and wait for the army to arrive. These brave & honourable people will be our first line of defence against the aggressor. And this is what we do to them. Shame on us. Angel Chakma embodied the spirit of selflessness, courageously standing up for his brother against the injustices of society.”
