The Tata Harrier EV looks to be gaining traction with buyers, as higher-spec variants of the electric midsize SUV currently command waiting periods of up to 10 weeks. Tata launched the Harrier EV back in June as the Indian carmaker’s flagship EV offering. Prices for the Harrier EV start at Rs 21.49 lakh and climb to Rs 28.99 lakh (excluding home charger installation cost).

Tata Harrier EV waiting period in November 2025
Eight to 10 weeks.
Demand for the Harrier EV’s mid-spec Fearless+ (Rs 23.99-24.99 lakh) and top-spec Empowered (Rs 27.49-28.99 lakh) trims seems particularly strong, with waiting periods for both 65kWh and 75kWh configurations ranging from eight to 10 weeks regardless of whether you opt for the AC fast charger (ACFC) or not.
Interestingly, the Harrier EV Stealth Edition cosmetic package, which is available for a Rs 75,000 premium in the Empowered trim, also commands the same waiting period. Here’s a variant-wise breakdown of the Harrier EV waiting periods this month:

Tata Harrier EV battery and range
RWD is standard, 75kWh battery gets AWD option.
In most variants, the Harrier EV can be had with a 65kWh or 75kWh battery, both of which are mated to a rear-mounted motor developing 238hp and 315Nm. AWD is offered in the top-spec Harrier EV Empowered 75 trim, where a motor is added on the front axle for a combined output of 313hp and 504Nm.
At 627km, the 75kWh RWD Harrier EV variants deliver the highest claimed range of the line-up. The 75kWh AWD versions follow closely with a claimed range of 622km, while the Harrier EV 65kWh RWD can travel up to a claimed 538km on a single charge.
